guarantee their performance - no SLA (service level
agreement, no CIR (committed information rate) as is
common with commercial VSAT services like
ViaSat's LinkStar
and iDirect.
Hence the 'up to' qualifier on their upload and download
speeds. Most of the time, you'll get 70%-80% of the
'rated' speeds. |
